Set the Appearance of Desktop Image
There is a dropdown menu on the top of image pane which enables you to set the position of your image on the desktop.
Fill screen cuts the sides of the photo if the photo is not according to the size ratio of the screen. It then enlarges the photo to fill the screen.
Fit to the Screen
This option enlarges the photo to fill the height of the screen. The sides are filled with black colour in case of narrow image. In case of wide image, it is cut from the sides.
Tile the Background
The image is repeated as a grid and it fills the whole screen as small tiles. You have to change the resolution of the large images.
Stretch to Fill the Screen
The image is stretched to fill the whole screen. The image is distorted to fit to the screen. So the screen will have a poor resolution image in that case.
Centre the Image
In this case the image appears at the centre of the screen. It works best for the images with small resolutions.
